If your firm owns any vehicles, then appropriate commercial auto coverage is necessary. In addition to the coverage available in a personal policy, we provide protection for hired auto liability and non-owned auto liability under these policy forms. Don't leave home without it!

    EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITY INSURANCE

This is a big one today. This policy covers a variety of items such as alleged acts of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, racial discrimination, age discrimination, sex discrimination, etc. Acts of Third Parties with whom you have business contacts can also be covered.

    WORKER'S COMPENSATION

Statutory coverage for each state in which you have employed personnel. Coverage is dictated by the state of domicile of each employee. Multi-state coverage available under the base policy with some state exceptions. Stop gap employer's liability insurance placed for firms with domiciled employees in totalitarian states.

    CRIME COVERAGE

Fidelity coverage for the acts of your employees. This type of insurance protects your assets and can be extended to protect the assets of your customers. We are talking about theft of money, property, securities and other dishonest acts.

    UMBRELLA LIABILITY INSURANCE

This is the last form of liability we put into place and increases your limits of coverage from the base $ 1 Million to whatever level of protection you need. This policy is excess over all the underlying policies including the Employers Liability portion of Worker's Compensation. It must be designed and dovetailed expressly for your needs. All of the underlying insurance must be accurate and acceptable to the umbrella underwriter before the coverage is placed.

    KIDNAP AND RANSOM COVERAGE

This is an important consideration if you are engaged in international travel and trade. Some carriers include coverage for crisis negotiation as well as ransom payments and travel advisory. Just read the papers if you travel overseas and you'll know you need this one.
